As much as I hate to say it, I'm kind of getting annoyed with Andy. I don't know what's making me change his opinion about him, but it's making me feel a little bad. The main reasons he annoys me (some trivial) are (1) His voice. He has that (or, to put it in better terms, developing) that stereotypical fag voice that almost every gay person has, and, hypocritically, that annoys me so much. The fact that it's so whiny makes it really hard for me to stomach hearing him talk sometimes. I think it's because that style of speech is almost degrading in a way since I associate that with the drag culture of the gay community and things like that so it's been formed into a negative thing for me. The fact that he doesn't think that he has that girly gay voice kinda puts the icing on the irony cake too. <_< (2) His anorexia. It's almost starting to piss me off. He is always talking about food and how much he eats/ate and how much he should eat and what he should eat and what he should eat and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. After about....5 months of hearing all of this (with increasing intensity as the months have progressed) it's starting to get very redundant. (3) He skips band rehearsals constantly. This isn't that much of a reason, but band is of great importance to me, and when someone (especially someone that doesn't play too well, like Andy) doesn't go to a rehearsal, it kinda pisses me off. He might as well not be in band if he's not going to contribute any work into it. So yea....of course, I can't tell him any of this since he'll go emo about it in a Facebook note (which I also find pretty annoying). I've done it once before and he wasn't too happy about it. I'll just put on a facade that he doesn't annoy me a lot and everything will be fine.

The Mexico 66s (the black and blue shoes) I ordered came in the mail today. They're pretty neat. The Adidas that I ordered had to be ordered through a different company for some strange reason so they'll probably be coming in the mail a little later.

My school's band is going through some odd times. Apparently, our head director is on the brink of getting fired because earlier in the school year he's been doing some pretty outlandish things (i.e insulting students, having anger fits, etc.) and people have been complaining to the school administration about that stuff and they're stepping in, I guess. I'm not too knowledgeable on this though since I didn't even know that he was still being fired. If his firing is indeed true, I hope he's fired soon so that we can find a new director quickly, so that we can be more organized for next year. That's pretty much the only thing I'm worried about. Our music is going pretty well with the assistant director rehearsing us so I'm not too worried about us making bad scores at HISD UIL, UIL, and the competition we're going to in South Padre Island. Although, I'll kinda miss our band director. He's done a lot for our program, but I'm sure someone else in Texas or the US will find our program to be on the brink of greatness and will want to take us there.

Speaking of band, during class when we were cleaning out the back room where all of the band lockers are, I saw Crystal messing with Lain's hair a little. I was quite jealous. I had the urge to go over there and see what was up, but I felt that it would've been a little inappropriate.

Not much to say.

My cold is finally going away. It wasn't that bad. All I did was take Cold-Eeze ever since I started noticing symptoms and it has worked wonders. I'm really glad it wasn't that bad since being sick really messes with my school work. It can also put me in crappy moods since I'm pretty zombie-like whenever I'm sick. For example, this week people have been annoying me more than usual. It's been pretty weird since I don't normally get annoyed at people; I just usually ignore whatever they do that annoys me. It's a good thing that in most cases I don't do anything or else I would've come across as an ass. Oh well, the next few days will be good since I'm better.

Tomorrow there's an All-City Band Clinic. I have mixed feelings about going. A part of me is excited that I'm going somewhere where I can meet new people, play music, and talk to my friends all under one building and yet another part of me just wants to spend the Friday at home in front of the TV or something like that.
