I Want To Start A Revolution
I want to start a revolution within my social group (otherwise known as my school's band). With what, you may ask? A same-sex relationship. I know it sounds a little outlandish and dangerous, but I really think that the people in band and in the school (well maybe not the school since it has such a large population) need a reality check.

As far as I know, there haven't been any same-sex couples in band (or maybe at all) in the history of it, and it's about time there is one. Some of the people in band are just so insensitive to human sexuality that it just annoys me. They think it's socially acceptable to bother someone just because they happen to like people that are the same sex as them. (I know this for a fact because there is a gay person in band and the people that know he's gay poke fun at him for it). Because of that, you might be thinking "There's no need for a "revolution" if someone's sexuality is already made public in band." You're wrong. Not a lot of people know that he's gay, and the people that do are considered stupid to the other members so they just pay no attention to them.

So, what I want to do is go out with someone, possibly Lain, not possibly Tren and make it unsecret. Make it known to my microsociety that we are a same-sex couple and we don't give a shit about it. We would make out in front of people (maybe) or, even more tangible, be all couple-y together in front of people (i.e holding hands, leaning on each other, etc.) That would sure start some drama. That's what I want to. I want things in the microsociety of band to be rocky in the beginning of our relationship. I know that people are going to disapprove and that we're going to be ridiculed, but that's the first step. They'll be prejudiced in the beginning, but, with the support of my friends, the nay-sayers will be outnumbered and, soon, be forced in a way to accept us.

So, all I need is someone to undertake this revolution with me. Tren? Lain? Wanna go out with me? XD

Oh man, it's almost midnight and I'm not even done reading Kaffir Boy for tomorrow's English final exam essay. I'm screwed. : \
